This is at the intersection of Vista and Rose Hill, with a northern and eastern border of Federal Way. Let’s recap the site:

• 6+ acres depending how you slice it
• Overlooks downtown
• Walking distance to BSU, Vista Village, the bus stop (and really you could walk downtown in 15 minutes or so)
• IT’S ON THE RAIL LINE (Hello Transit Oriented Development)
• One parcel is for sale, one chronically underused, and another recently sold (so it should be marginally easy to assemble)
• You could actually put some affordable 2 BR units here and still make some money (which would not only make you RICH, but a HERO).
• All the infrastructure is in place - roads, rail, bus stops, city services.

So “what up” developers? Let’s get some vision going here! Replace the Catholic Diocese with an office building, surround the thing with condominuims, and fill in with some retail, and WHAMMO! What a project!
