My flight from Boise to Portland was cancelled due to mechanical FUBAR. The lady at the counter didn’t even make me ask: she immediately looked for an alternative flight, even calling the main grid at Horizon to make sure I could get to PDX tonight through Spokane. It’s no fun to have the delay, but Jaquie at Horizon is today’s service hero for me!
