No, we’re not talking about Mulligans or the Drift. We’re talking about the LGM test kitchens at the 307. So I’m making some homemade butternut squash soup, and I am pureeing the final batch when the glass separates from the little plastic ring at the base of the blender, sending orange goo everywhere. Good thing I had some frozen cooked squash in the freezer. I’m no Robert Irvine, but I was able to get the damn soup made for dinner. AND I was able to see what the new paint in the kitchen is going to look like since the soup is now all over the wall, and it is roughly the same color we had picked out at the paint store. Now that’s the way to spin a kitchen nightmare!
